check-in was smooth. The receptionist was helpful and arranged our specifications accordingly. surroundings with greenary. room was clean. checkout also was very smooth.

I loved the hospitality they offered. Also they have a great diverse restaurant. Every dish is so well presented. The owner Mr. Sai, persoanlly comes and checks on his guests just showing how one on one a Goan experience could be. Very impressed.

The staff was very good, would've preferred buffet for breakfast but it was alacarte.
